ABOUT EVELYN HOWARD
My professional journey began in education – first as a high school teacher in History and English, then as a lecturer in Professional Communication at the University of Cape Town. These experiences shaped my understanding of how people learn, communicate, and develop.
Leadership involves learning – and using – skills that can be taught and developed.
I later joined Parr Lamond & Associates, where I worked in corporate leadership development before my private consultancy. For the past 15 years, I have worked one-on-one with clients, focusing on developing leadership capacity and communication skills in a range of professional and commercial environments.
